1. Regional Marriage Tribunal

History
On February 26, 1981, Bishops of Agra Region requested the ‘Apostolic Signatura’ to grant “Nihil Obstat” for the erection of an Inter-diocesan Tribunal for the Region. On April 29, 1981 the same ‘Apostolic Signatura’ gave its “Nihil Obstat”. On August 13, 1981 the Bishops of the Region by a decree erected the Regional Marriage Tribunal, which was approved by the Supreme Tribunal of the Church on November 12, 1981; and by another decree of the Bishops of the Region it came into existence on March 15, 1982.
The Regional Marriage Tribunal has its seat at the Bishop’s House, Varanasi with Bishop Raphy Manjaly as its Moderator. The first Judicial Vicar was Fr. Francis Machado. Fr. Oswald Gracias of Bombay, now Cardinal and Archbishop of Bombay and Fr. John Mullackal, CM are gratefully remembered for their dedicated services to the Regional Tribunal of Agra Province.

2. Regional Pastoral Centre

History
Nav Sadhana, established in the year 1982, is the Regional Pastoral Centre for Agra Ecclesiastical Region (Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan). It offers seminars, courses, retreats and trainings for Priests, religious and laity for spiritual renewal, theological up-dating and pastoral effectiveness.
It has a full fledged communication department with an Audio Recording Studio and a Video Unit, objective of which being media education, audio-visuals in liturgical celebrations.
Nav Sadhana Kala Kendra, the college of dance and music affiliated to Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Chattisgarh, is an integral part of Nav Sadhana. It conducts B.A. (Hons) and M.A. courses in Bharatnatyam and Hindustani Music. The college is actively involved in producing and promoting Biblical Dance and Musical presentations for liturgical and para-liturgical use. The college conducts one-month summer course in dance and music for young students.
